<h4>U.S. ORDERS & CUSTOMS</h4>
<p>All U.S. orders are shipped from Canada. Shipments include all required customs documentation and HS codes for smooth clearance. Depending on the value and product type, U.S. Customs and Border Protection may apply import duties or tariffs upon entry.</p>
<p>Unless otherwise stated, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. All items are accurately declared and comply with U.S. regulations for cosmetic and skincare devices. Commercial invoices are included electronically to ensure faster processing and transparency.</p>

<h4>ORDER PROCESSING</h4>
<p>Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.<br>
Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.</p>
